My name is Steve and I've been putting together a book on the lives of psychics. I am gathering information on people who have are, claim to be or who have had psychic experiences.

Many remain skeptical, but I have found and seen things, that in time made me take a closer look at psychic phenomena and how it can, and sometimes does, affect the lives of those who have such abilities.

Below is a list of questions that is 'not' by all means complete, and as with such in the universe, will always be more. If you are willing to share your experiences, stories, and thoughts on what you have experienced I would be grateful to hear them. I also want to assure you that any thoughts, stories and the like will be kept confidential. I do however ask that you please include at least a name(first name or pseudonym is fine) and email address that you may be contacted at for any additional questions, if you choose. It's not required but it would be difficult to contact you if I have any additional questions.

I want to assure you that the information will not be used for spam or sold. I am only collecting it from those willing to answer any additional questions.

Also these questions are asked out of curiosity, and by no means meant to offend. If something does seem offensive, please skip and ignore it. Answer what you like, and include as much detail as you prefer. Personally have found that in life, you sometimes have to just ask what's on your mind.
